THE ART OF THE PITCH

Learning how to talk about your film is the first step to making it.  It’s easy to be passionate about our own projects but how do we best convey that passion to others (especially the people with money!) concisely? Filmmakers from the HSDFF Annual Filmmaker Retreat will get the opportunity to pitch their films in front of a panel of industry professionals including Producer Summer Shelton, Lawyer Matthew Rogers and Producer and Director, Robert Chang. The panel will give each project critical feedback in order to demonstrate how to hone your own pitches and make them the best they can be.
