Janet Guthrie defied all odds. In a world of male dominated race car drivers, Guthrie broke records and set new expectations for what drivers, and women for that matter, could do in motorsports. A young, untested racer, Guthrie secured one of 33 prized slots to race in the Indianapolis 500. Despite funding challenges and exclusionary sexism, she returned the next year with her own team to qualify in the top 10 at the Indy 500. Qualified is a behind the scenes, all-access pass to a living legend whose drive for greatness is an inspiration.
